I placed my order for 3 gram packets of lubricant. I received notice that it was on backorder for up to three weeks. After a month, I asked for a status of my order and, without a response, I received the order in a few days. A response to my email would have been reassuring since I was out of the lubricant for about 2 weeks.

I could have given 1 star but i got great responses from the other customer service team but only to Brittany on 14 feb 2020. I know this is a hard time for the sales team to handle issue with many demand customer during corona virus. The issue when i spoke to her about stock. She did answer once and left the conversation when i ask another question. I was being polite to clarify the stock between respiratory/ surgical mask in detail but she did not seem understand the differences left the conversation without any reply. Its not good in the long run if you guys wanna maintain good business relationship with your customer. You never knew someone whom you talking to has prospective b2b relationship. I wish you all the best with your dealings

Make sure it's the right size because it cost a lot to return it. Plus they charge a 20% restocking free.
