After years of my prior medical practice using Tiger Medical I have now in my new satellite office needed a Audiometer. Tiger sold me a new Welsh Allen 282 that works great however the calibration certificate was out of date!!! Ingrid Colon at Tiger was of little to no help. Spent days and multiple hours to resolve this issue with Welsh Allen DIRECTLY. After a month later of this issue being resolved by Welsh Allen stepping up to the plate, Ingrid Colon checks in to try to have me return my unit. Clearly, Ingrid Colon is not only poorly representing Tiger Med but won't allow nor represent Tiger to stand behind the products they sell. Once I finally spoke...yes..SPOKE...with Ms. Colon her attitude and tone required me to sit down and write such a review. Ms. Colon needs to work for the Feds or local government. Clearly her role isn't to be paid in the private sector. AVOID TIGER MEDICAL!!! My $0.02! Richard Roth MD

You wrote a review for Tiger Medical 12 minutes ago 1.0 star rating 3/20/2019 I have never had such a bad experience. I ordered a table 1/29, and paid for premium deliver 458.64 which included delivery, assembly and removal of debris. The table did not arrive till 3/14/19. The boxes were dumped, NO unpacking, NO assembly, NO delivery. The sales rep Brittany will not return my emails or calls, will not provide me her supervisors name. There is even a document on their website stating what was included, no listed as "not available" but I was never informed or refunded any money. I will NEVER deal with them again and advise anyone to stay as far as possible away.

I was looking for a stool that would adjust in height by way of a screw like an old-time piano stool and they had exactly the thing I wanted. Also they had it at a very competitive price in fact it was the best price on a stool of that type that I found anywhere. When it arrived and I had a chance to assemble it and use it it was exactly what I wanted I liked it so well I bought a second one. The first one took a little bit on the long side to get out the door and get to me but the shipping on the second one was done in a much more timely way. On both occasions they were very securely packaged. I couldn't be happier with them as a company and their support is good.

Over 1 month ago I ordered a sphygmomanometer from Tiger Med. After 10 days, the instrument arrived broken. I contacted Tiger Med and asked for a shipping label to return the broken instrument, and asked for a refund or replacement. I have had several phone exchanges or email exchanges with the company, but have not received a refund, replacement, or shipping label. Each contact has elicited a "we are reviewing the request". It appears that I am not dealing with an honest company that stands behind its guarantees. Will not do business with it again, but would like to recover my money.

I have only used Hokanson for the last 20 years. This is my first experience with Tiger Medical and I am disappointed I didn't know about them 20 years ago. Prices are literally 1/2 that of Hokanson and the customer service is terrriffic. Thank you Beth for going the extra mile to bundle my order and save me big $$$ . Ill be shopping Tiger Medical moving forward!!!

I have been with Tiger Medical for a year and can’t say enough good things about this company and Jeff Goldberger in particular. Great quality products and stellar customer service. We had an issue with shipping phlebotomy chairs and Tiger quickly reshipped the chairs out so there was not a huge delay in continuity of care. I will be staying with Tiger (and Jeff) for years!! Very Bad customer service. I called the company for looking up one product and Olivia answered my call and said they have plenty of those in stock and I told her I need those very badly so please tell me honestly but, she kept saying yes we have it and you will be receiving soon. Once I placed the order and not received any tracking then I called them. They did not tell me that they were out of stock until I called them and asked for the tracking then their Manager Jeff Goldberger said they are out of stock. No sorry, no apology and when I asked why you have told you have those in stock, He replied actually, she is new in this company LOL. Why you hire inexperienced people who even do not know ABC of the business. Please stay away from this fraud supplier.

I had ordered a couple items from your company while still in the hospital after having surgery. I couldn't find anywhere local that had them so I had to order them. Once I realized that I would not get them as soon as I was expecting, (it is now 11 days post surgery and bed rail is due to arrive today, I had emailed to cancel my shipment. I received an email next day that I could not cancel my order because it had already shipped on the 15th, same day as my email. And if I refused shipping I would have to pay the return shipping out of my refund. So I have been tracking this package ever since. A couple days a go I received another package with an entirely different tracking number and carrier, it contained the raised toilet seat. This I find out was not shipped out until the 17th. Which COULD have been cancelled as per my request. I feel like this company has really pulled a fast one on me. Taking advantage of people that are in need of assistance after surgery......you really should be ashamed of yourselves. I can only imagine how you treat those that really count on your services. Since I did use PayPal to pay for these items I will be filing a grievance with them as well.
