there is a total lack of communication
I read your response and it is a lie. I never received and calls or emails. You should own your mistakes and make corrections to the way you do business. ————————————— there is a total lack of communication, and no way to contact someone to get information. For weeks I tried to get a delivery date, and got referred to the shipper, who had no information of my purchase. And then I got a call from the shipper upon their arrival. I wasn't even in town!!! The lack of communication will keep me from ever purchasing from Tigerking in the future.

Hello dear, Thank you so much for your feedback. First, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. After you placed your order, we made several attempts to reach out via email and text over the following two days to confirm your delivery address and preferred delivery time, but unfortunately, we did not receive any response. We also tried calling multiple times and left voice messages, but were unable to connect with you. We truly regret that we weren’t able to successfully reach you, and we understand your frustration. Please know that we are committed to improving our customer service at TIGERKING, and we appreciate your understanding and patience. Best regards, TIGERKING Safe
