My safe will not lock
My safe will not lock. I have been corresponding with the company for several weeks now and still have no resolution . Sorry to leave such a bad review - but so far this product has been an utter failure.

Hello dear. Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the locking issue with your safe. The reason your SPARK safe cannot lock is due to a problem with the electromagnet, which can be easily fixed. To resolve this, we provided two options: A partial refund so you can arrange the repair. Full reimbursement for a local repair service of your choice. We promptly replyed to your emails and calls but have not received a last reply from you.
