There was damage to the safe when I received it. New safe shipped out. Costumer service operates fairly slow, one message a day. Good safe.

Due to the world time difference, you sent the email in our early morning, and our customer service replied to your email asap during working hours and promptly agreed to send you a new one. We received your confirmation reply on Saturday, and since shipping isn't available over the weekend, we shipped the new safe first thing on Monday.
