I learned a lot
Initially I signed up for this class just because I wanted to take advantage of the opportunity for my ticket information to be withheld from my car insurance company. However. I actually learned a lot and it was presented in a way that kept me engaged. Only thing I would recommend is to follow up with a final confirmation email or letter that my ticket information was indeed withheld.
