Always good experiences with this company, they even made good on sending me the wrong item one time, had me keep the 5g & sent me the one I ordered 🥳

I am a long standing customer but put an order in for a good bit of money, and there has been no response and no activity on my order. I have emailed, created a support ticket, but still not, and no way to get my money back. Very upset. *Just spoke to customer service rep and there was a problem with their shipping app. Going back to 5 stars!

I wish I'd known about this company sooner. Ron, the guy who answers the phone, and packages the products for delivery, was very helpful to me when ordering the goods. High quality products and fast shipping. I wish more small online companies, would emulate this gem of a company....

I've left positive reviews for the product and website in the past but customer service was lacking. That changed recently and those changes are exponential. They've already helped me on two occasions where otherwise I would have just been plain out of luck. Nothing but good things to say about Mrs.Porter at CS and the rest of the operation. They are now the only place I would even consider ordering from, from prices to quality to after purchase assistance, T.Depot has grown to become a top notch operation. Way to go folks. 👏👏👏

Tianeptine depot is the best! Products are as expected and very high quality, im a very big fan of the sodium. I know people complain about shipping but these shipping companies are just not great at delivering things on time nor do they update tracking entirely accurately. I always have my product shipped before cutoff and I receive a gram or two extra most of the time so I have absolutely no complaints here. Great job td 👍☺️
