Update: Thunderdrive has done nothing to fix, help fix or explain the problem of ridiculously slow uploads (I've asked several times). I've tested on Mac, PC and different computers and browsers, but it's still incredibly slow. I doubt there is a fix, just very poor service... _____ I'm having a lot of problems trying to upload files. Quite a few are not uploading when put through in a folder with other files (some upload and some don't). But the files will upload on their own when sent through separately. It's impossible to go back over and do this for every file. Is there a way of fixing this issue at the ThunderDrive end or my end? I tried exactly the same folder on Google Drive and had no problems at all. Any suggestions would be very welcome. Thank you!

I am somewhat pleased with ThunderDrive.io. The amount of space I got for the money is phenomenal when compared to other services. However my biggest and pretty much only gripe right now is that I can't connect to it with CloudMounter because they don't have any FTP or SMTP settings that I am aware of. I would also like an iOS app and desktop app sometime sooner rather than later, but I am also of the school I would rather have a working app than a rushed one. Updated review as of April 9, 2020. Still no IOS app or FTP and SMTP settings. I think soon is a very subjective term on this. Updated as of May 11, 2021 Still no IOS app or FRP and SMTP settings.

Service is unusable - too slow , times-out and you can't refresh files uploaded. Support is via a chat and takes usually a day for a response - that's unusable. Billing do not respond to your emails. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS !

So far I'm very disappointed in the tech support. I've tried to upload many files, some work but I've now had 6 major uploads that went nowhere and shows only the red exclaimation mark with no information. I chatted with tech support and was told they would be back to me in two hours. Finally after three days someone wrote to ask what my question was in one sentence, was the request, I replied and its now been two more days of no reply again but the chat says someone is active. I tried to get a refund when I realized that nothing was happening with support and files were not uploading but nothing ever came of that and I have no trust in this service so am finding it unusable for what I paid for and so I've just wasted $59 on something I have to give up. I wrote to Mashable about this which is where i bought this service and will continue to follow through with them as paypal can't seem to help and no one in this company acknowledges that there is a major problem. I'm very disappointed that this company is still being allowed to function and take people's money with no support or way to deal with this.

This "service" is next to non-existing. I opted for their 2+2TB of storage just to find it is impossible to use properly. If you try to upload a number of files it would stop at random point. No error explaining what happened - just a red exclamation mark and you would have a hard time finding out which file to restart from. Matter gets much worse if any subfolders are involved - it would randomly move folders and "flatten" your folder tree. Sometimes it would create the exactly same file twice or more in the same folder. Crazy. Their support is very quick to reply but again - useless at most. I tried to cancel my subscription and after a week they would send me to never replying email "billing@" Bottom line: Do not expect to find any of the features you are used to in a standard cloud drive storage. This could be a nice service in a year but as of now - run like hell!

I have been using thunderdrive for some weeks now and I am very happy to upload share and backup different files. The low price is just because it needs improvements which are on the roadmap. Remember that Dropbox once did a lifetime too... Competition is good in all markets so that people have many choices to buy. Instead of listening of the critics I listened to the good reviews so then I bought thunderdrive and I am happy with this great offer.

Can't Download the files i have uploaded, it says "Whoops, looks like something went wrong".. This happens on when i press download all files in a folder that's more than 2GB in size. The files inside the folder are compressed. About the description that says it is 6x more faster than competitors.. Which competitor? if they mean Onedrive (etc), maybe 2 times slower. Thunder drive chat does work to get in touch with support, however be prepared to wait few hours for response.. When i say few more than 5hrs

Managed to upload 5000+ photo and video files over several days, finally got the last lot without failed uploads using Edge rather than Chrome (don't know if that affected the outcome) but now I can only view the files by Last Modified. When I change to Name or any other parameter it always reverts to Last Modified within 30-40 seconds.
