My review is a little overdue, it seems from other reviews things may have changed recently, so take this with a grain of salt. That said, my experience with Thuma has been nothing short of amazing. I bought their queen sized bedframe in 2022 and I still love it. I remember the purchasing and financing process having been easy. Assembling the bed is super easy - I moved this year and had to take it apart and reassemble it, and that was one of the easiest parts of moving, save for when I thought I lost one of the screws, haha. The product is great quality. The wood is sturdy, everything is nicely made - it's genuinely the sort of thing you expect to last you a lifetime. I have had other (Cheap, crappy) bedframes not last even three full years, and it's been more than 3 years with virtually no signs of even wear and tear. I hope I'm right and that this will be the last bedframe I have to buy if I don't ever want a different size bed. I definitely recommend them.

We had a fantastic experience with Thuma. The bed was incredibly easy to assemble—solid, sturdy, and beautifully simple in design. We purchased it on a Saturday at the Soho store, and by Tuesday it was already delivered to our home, free of charge and faster than we imagined. A special thanks to Miranda, who was wonderful throughout the process—helpful, kind, and professional. We truly love our new bed and could not be happier with the quality and look. We also highly recommend stopping by their in-store coffee shop, which has become one of our favorite spots to visit. All in all, Thuma exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

We purchased a bed frame and pillow headboard a few years ago. I recently wanted a change in color of the pillow headboard, and I remembered that they are interchangeable. I went online and ordered a different color. Shortly after placing my order, I got an email from their customer service (Concierge team) advising that they had checked my prior order history and that they have upgraded their pillow headboards and that the new pillow headboard cover I had just purchased is not compatible with the old board that we have. They gave me a couple of different options to address this and were super helpful in finding a resolution so I didn't get stuck with a cover that doesn't fit our model of headboard. We love our frame bed anyway, but this is just another reason to purchase from this company.

I purchased the bed and mattress. The bed is beautifully made and easy to assemble. I had some trouble with the mattress and Thuma stood by their product and replaced it. Their customer service is as advertised. I recommend them happily!

Just wanted to let you know my husband and I often remark to each other about how much we love our bed. I wish we had bought it sooner! The bed is quiet and feels really solid. Love the headboard. Thanks for a great product!

My husband and I cannot be happier that we decided to bite the bullet and invest in a Thuma bed instead of a cheaper alternative. The bed is ideal for renters, as it literally takes 5-10 minutes to assemble (I am not a fan of DIY at all and even I understood all the instructions on the first try) and is easy to move around in a very tight space, it is phenomenally sturdy and doesn't move, squeak or have any design flaws. Contrary to some other reviewers, I love the walnut color, though I do agree it pulls a bit warmer / more orangey in real life than on the website. Finally, I had to travel for 2 weeks after placing the order and reached out to customer service to put the delivery on hold. They were very prompt with their response, put the shipment on hold, and made sure the bed is delivered at the right time. All in all, I can highly recommend Thuma, it's a great product and an awesome experience so far.

We ordered the natural color in full size with the Headboard. It was delivered more quickly than expected and in 3 boxes. The packaging was mostly recyclable (exception being plastic bag). The instructions were easy to follow and the bed went together easily (one fairly handy guy assembled it). Our Full size mattress fits it well. My guy says that the gap in the joints was wider than he expected, but the joints fit together snugly and the bed is study and does not squeak or sway. Most of the pieces are composite (joined into longer lengths from shorter pieces of wood). The color is as expected.

Great communication, fast shipping and quality product. There was a minor shipping delay with Fedex and Thuma emailed me proactively to let me know. I hadn't even noticed the delay yet. I had a very bad experience trying to buy a bed with another online furniture company recently and was super apprehensive about making this purchase but I was beyond thrilled with the service and product. Worth the price!
