I adore my bed frame. The puzzle piece design is so cool and great for moving. I also purchased a mattress and it needs to be replaced after 3 years. It started to sag in spots after two years, really a terrible mattress.

Awful experience all the way around. Customer service is email only and 2-3 day (according to them). The product packaging, messaging, instructions, etc are so incredibly disjointed.. This review has nothing to do with the product which is still not set up since one of the four boxes is lost. The company invests in marketing only. Not a dime in customer service. *UPDATE: Once all the boxes were here, putting the bed together came fairly easily. It is high quality, no doubt. The company just needs a Customer Experience team to match.

I love the bed frame, I bought18 months ago along with two bedside tables. I had to return one of the bedside table as it had very bad discoloration on top. They returned it without hassle. Just now noticed that one of my current bedsides just has a small area where finish is gone?? It also is made with the drawer having no dove tail or rabbet to give easier pulling, so now just pulls with great difficulty as needing D-W or oil. Just too much money for the poor craftsmanship. I would not recommend the bedside dresser/tables AT ALL

I agree with others that customer service, reachable only by email, is fraught with misunderstandings and misinformation which led to multiple problems with shipping (including getting 2 of everything!). I haven't received the bed yet, but the nightstand and 2-drawer dresser sit too low. Also the nightstand does not have a backing, so your alarm clock and e-reader charging wires show. They do not sell any upgrades to remedy these 2 problems and they will not give you the stain color (proprietary) so that you could make your own. Also, writing the review here because there review link doesn't work!!

Now that the the bed is here, I'm thrilled with it. The design is beautiful and solid. I hope the company creates an easier way to reach customer service because we waited two weeks for our third box to arrive and had difficulty making contact. That said, they finally wrote an apologetic email and mailed the missing box immediately. I've just erased my less positive review because I do like the product; this is the second bed I've ordered from them.
