My bed frame does NOT go together properly. You can't call and talk to someone. You must email. I have waited for 4 days (still waiting) and I can't get a hold of anyone to call me back. STAY AWAY from this company that does NOT value Customer Service. $2,500 on a bedframe that does not fit together and I can't get anyone to call me back. T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E!!!!

I ordered the Essential Bed on May 22, 2026. First, the order was delivered in multiple installments, and finally, when I received the last package containing the short arms, one of the short arms was broken. There is no proper customer service number to call and get the issue resolved quickly. The only option is to send emails and wait endlessly for a response. For such an expensive purchase, I never expected this level of service and support.

I have had an extraordinarily frustrating experience with Thuma. Thuma sent me the wrong size pillow board. Despite multiple emails and countless attempts to leave phone messages (there is no human answering their phones), I have yet to receive a substantive response. The item was a lot of money. For all of the company's advertising about "simplicity", there's nothing simple about its customer relations. It made a big mistake, and the company has gone completely dark and taking no responsibility in correcting its mistake. My advice: purchase from a company that stands behind its products (and shipments). Not Thuma.

I put together the entire King size bed frame and then at the last step I saw that the final head board piece was shipped broken. I took pictures and emailed Thuma immediately; Tuesday 5/12/26. It’s now Friday 5/15/26 and I have not yet received a response-my bed is still incomplete as I wait. The lack of customer service for a 2300 bed frame and 990 nightstands- spending a total of 3500 is unacceptable. And there is no other way to contact them but by email-no phone number/chat support.

We have ordered two beds from Thuma. The first experience was great and we received all boxes needed to put the bed together. We ordered another bed recently and only received three boxes and are missing many parts to put the bed together. We have tried multiple attemps to contact the company to ask why all the boxes were not shipped and we were told Fed Ex will deliver the box. The FedEx site says they have not received the fourth box from Thuma. The company does not return messages and there is no number to call to discuss the issue. I would like to say I would recommend this company but with the purchase of a second bed from them, I will not recommend to anyone due to the lack of customer service! Wondering if we will ever get the fourth box....

I bought an Essential bed with the oatmeal headboard cushion for over $3,000.00 75 days ago and have never received the headboard cushion. Not once has Thuma reached out to me, it’s always me asking what the status is. Going on month four and I still don’t know when I will receive the headboard. I’ll NEVER buy anything from this company again. UPDATE: Thuma arranged pickup and refunded most of my money. In the middle of this debacle they gave me $100 as a way to apologize for the bad customer service. So when they refunded the entire amount….you guessed it, they deducted the $100 from my refund. Just one more reason why I will never do business with these people again. Calling what they do “Customer Service” should be banned, they should call it “Lip Service”. They jack me around for 3 months, never provide an anticipated delivery date and when I finally tell them I’m done, they play the petty card and take back the $100 they sent because their service sucks. Fair warning, if you do business with Thuma, don’t be surprised if you end up being one of the hundreds if not thousands who have described online how terrible their customer service is.

i live in sourthern CA. I purchased a simple stacking shelf unit, it shipped out from Bloomington, CA, but for some reason went all the way to the East Coast, and then returned to CA, finally was delivered a week and half later. during this time, reached out to Thuma, their 'concierge' took five days to respond, providing the exact same tracking information i already had, and was inquiring about. their customer service is a joke at best. beware. products are decent, but services provided are iffy.

This experience has just left me frustrated. The shipper botched the delivery. First they explained the shipping date couldn’t be moved and the shipment would be drop shipped at our house. So i said fine and made arrangements to be home. I get notifications from the shipper to call them and they stated that the date has been changed without even notifying me. Said they didn't have my information to reach out to me. So now we are moving tomorrow and wont have the pieces we had ordered. Ok fine not a problem, reach out to Thuma and no response, no number just a lousy email and the hope they get back to me at some point. No way to fix or correct the issue. So the 6k I spend can get charged back and cancel the remainder of our order. What a terrible experience all around. This company shouldn’t be in business.
