Empty promises, deceitful, unable to provide facts when questioned, the sales rep hid behind "we can't tell you what leads we generate as it's a breach of the ACCC" when trying to advise me how they have 4.3million views per month on yellow pages. When I tried to drill down information on key word searches that effect my business and in the areas my business is in I was met with "it's a breach of ACCC to provide that" basically meaning they couldn't tell me how many times a certain word was searched in their own listing's... then wanting $308 a month with no trial period, lock in contract for 6 months and more money for additional suburbs. Crazy! Make informed choices. Any company unable to provide basic data on how they can assist you with searches in your business area of your business type... are just waiting your money. This is one of them. Your better off giving $400 away for free to customers walking past your business in the street. More likely to have return business. Don't be fooled either as all social media content and work is still required by you. The AI they use can be done by free with chat gpt. Don't be lazy.

I wish I read these reviews before I got into a 6 month contact, even though they are good at explaining things, I'm definitely un happy with this program, as i am only starting out a new company i really was expecting at least 1 or 2 leads, but i got nothing, I have now been 3 to 4 months in on this contract and i feel Im wasting my money with not even a phone call, i now things take time but seriously. I have explained this to my accounts manager at Thryv and his explanation was to up sell more products, obviously his doing his job but its not helping. To be honest im not really worried about investing money if i get some sort of return, but im still waiting for a miracle, Luckily I am getting other leads off other platforms to pay for Thryv. I wish I read reviews earlier before jumping this program and a locked in contract, because i would never have done this. I feel yellow pages is just outdated and there is other cheaper programs out there that doesn't hurt your pocket.

Thryv is a decent software if you have a small business (less than 500k per year) and you don’t want much reporting. But be careful because they don’t let you demo it yourself, you can only do it through a zoom meeting with a sales guy and then they make you sign a 6 month minimum contract that you can not cancel if you get into the software and realize that it won’t work for you. They also sold me on an add on that had just launched and they told me that it would be free for 3 months and at that time I could cancel if I didn’t want it. We’ll the 3 months is past and they won’t cancel it so I am paying for a software and add on that I’m not using and there not about to end it until my 6 months contract is ended.

Run from this company. They are nothing but excuses, lies, and terrible mismanagement. The promise you dedicated service. No one ever checks in with you, returns your calls, or takes accountability for your mistakes. They claim the website is an add-on to paying for list service management software. Why the hell would any company require you to pay for list service software if you have no website? The paperwork I have shows the website is the base product and the list service management software is the add on. I have signed no contract with them. They don't have my signature on anything. Yet, they continue to claim I agreed to pay for a services I never agreed to. They are telling my I can't just pay the $109 a month for my website, which they do absolutely nothing to manage. I am required to pay $80 a month for list service to. Thus far, I have paid over $3000 for a service I never agreed to nor do I want. The last week, I have been lied to repeatedly about when someone will be calling. They take no accountability for no showing scheduled meetings. They claim, "we just couldn't see to connect." This company has no ethics, no integrity, and no morals. I can't wait to move my domain and website elsewhere. Thryv is a nightmare.

Thryve has lied to us, they sell an add for the local phone book. But, that local phone book is no longer delivered to homes or businesses. During the initial sale, the salesman pretended that the local book is still supplied as in the past. Very dishonest. We have advertised our business with the local yellow pages for over 20 years, never again. thieves have taken over.....

Customer service is nonexistent as the representative has no idea how to resolve the simplest of issues. Or just has no incentive to do so. We have done business with Yellowpages for many years, but there are lots of alternatives out there who provide better service for less money. It has become painfully apparent that Thryv does not value or need our business.

We had to cancel our services due to family emergency, as we needed to help financially within the family. We got hit with a $10000 cancellation fee, that’s right $10000. Our circumstances weren’t considered at all, if we can’t afford the service, we definitely can’t afford $10000. And mind you that money is not a debt we accumulated it was a made up debt for work they haven’t even done. Quite frankly disappointing over all and quite upsetting.

Would leave zero if it was an option. Disgusting customer service, charged for another companies white pages account, with no complaints process for review. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
