I love their stuff!
I love their stuff!! Everything I've received is good quality. Their shipments take longer than other companies I deal with, but I feel this is because they use DHL. Other than that, transactions are perfect!

Can you have 2 favorite pairs of pants?
My order was actually early. I absolutely love my pants I ordered similar ones before these. I always have had good experiences with this company. I had to contact customer service once in the past and they got back to me quickly. Would I order again? Yes definitely!

Great Experience!
I received my order timely and really love the overalls! I did however contact customer service to facilitate a return because I needed to have ordered a “small”. No biggie…My customer service experience was OUTSTANDING, and I will place an order for the correct size I need.

Let me start off by saying… this website has turned into the ‘new me’ in my clothing style… I also love “Free People” brand, and both there styles coincide with beautiful materials and styles; but “3 Bird Nest” never disappoints and always brings great deals to the table, along with complimentary discounts for continued service (unlike F.P. above 👆)

Wish there was an exchange policy
While I love the coupons and promos, it makes it hard when there is no exchange policy. I bought a shirt and felt like the cut was not symmetrical in the way it was sewn. I paid the five dollars to return it, and didn't want to pay the difference to try another shirt because I didn't have a coupon. Same thing with a baseball shirt that I bought. It was so cute but too big, so I paid the five dollars to return it, and wanted to get it in a small but it would have been very expensive without a coupon. I guess the lesson is that I should buy all sizes if I am not sure my size, but I would much prefer having an exchange policy and would gladly pay the $5 to return and shirt and $5 to ship the new shirt, if I could get the same shirt for the same price.
