So disappointed.. I've ordered from Threadless before, 2 times actually, and had some OKAY quality tshirts with the lovely prints. This time I ordered 2 T-shirts and a tanktop, apparently they had to be shipped separately so I had to pay 2 times delivery. Now I get the mynt t-shirt(39$ price-tag) and (which is ONLY my fault) I get the "american" large size, which corresponds to at least a XL here in Europe. The T-shirt itself has a lot of discoloration, stripes of dark color on the white parts, annoying pointy shoulders(like it was sewn incredibly badly together) and the material is really thin and feels really cheap and poor. Overall a complete disaster for a freaking tshirt that cost me 59$ (incl. shipping)... For that price I'd expect something out of the ordinary, not something so bad... And no I can't return it, I don't want to pay 25$ to ship it across the ocean. Bad quality, bad experience - never ever gonna use this again site again - I know a place that can do way better than this (I'm really sad I didn't read Trustpilot before using Threadless this last time.)

Le site possède pas mal de designs très sympas. Les prix sont vraiment chers, mais il suffit d'attendre qu'ils soient en promo. 2 t-shirts achetés, la qualité est au rendez-vous, les délais de livraison corrects.

I have purchased from Threadless several times, and most of the times the quality and service have been great. However, my last order was very delayed, and since I was gonna use the t-shirts for Christmas presents, it was a big issue for me, and I ended up buying other gifts. I still got the t-shirts, but the quality was extremely poor. I had to argue somewhat with customer service to get any compensation and I was not happy with the end solution. Will hesitate to buy again.

A friend loves their T's so I ordered five. It's been 12 days now and two shirts have arrived. The others are lost somewhere, I guess. USPS hasn't posted an update on shipping for six days, and it looks like the shirts are still in Florida. I sent a help ticket and received a canned response that implied I'm just being impatient, and they can't help until sometime late next week, at which point they'll resend my order if it hasn't arrived. Of the two shirts that arrived--both the same size, of course--one fits well and the other is skin tight. When I hold it up to the other shirt, it's at least two-three inches narrower through the torso than the other one. NOT impressed with the quality of the t-shirt... Hanes are much better quality. At least I can return it, but I'd really like to receive the others first so I can send them back together if size is a problem in any of the remaining three.

I've been ordering from threadlesss for 4 Christmas seasons now and have never had an issue. My brothers love the t-shirts and I love shopping the site for them. This year, same as always, I log on in November and place a $100 order for 5 t-shirts. These were the first gifts I bought for Xmas and they were the last I received. It's January 9th and I just got them yesterday. I only received notification from Threadlesss that they were going to be late on Dec 20th. I work in the airline industry and was away flying for 4 days before Xmas so I wasn't able to get a replacement gift for my brothers so that they would be able to open at least a little something on the special day. On the 26th got a message from the CEO, generic letter, saying they were sorry and they had changed distributors and that I had a $25 voucher for a free T. Big deal! How about I get my original $100 purchase before I make another one? On Jan 2nd I sent them an email asking for an update. They said they'd get back to me in1-2 business days. Never heard from them. I sent them another email 2 days later. They said they'd get back to me in 3-4 business days. Never heard from them. Kept getting promo junk mail from them, though! Finalky on Jan 8th I got an email saying that my package had been mailed out on Dec 23rd and I should receive it soon. I also got my post notification and immediately went to the post office to pickit up. On the package it states that it had been mailed out Jan 4th. Sooooo they basically lied through this entire process. After being a loyal yearly customer, I no longer will be shopping at Threadlesss. I was super disappointed in their lack of transparency and honesty. The fact that I never heard from them in Dec makes me mad because I could have come up with a contingency plan for Xmas. Now I have to mail 2 belated Christmas packages, at my own expense, to my brothers who live in another city. Thanks Threadlesss!

First I want to say that I used to love Threadless as a company. My wardrobe is full of their shirts. It had been a couple years since I made a purchase on Threadless, which I decided to do this holiday season for both gifts and myself. What a mistake that was. I'm one of the lucky customers that received their order in time for Christmas, but that was likely only due to how often I was emailing their customer service. A few of the shirts I ordered were custom printed shirts. It took them 2 weeks after my order was placed to even print my shirts. Apparently the company was wildly backed up on orders yet STILL continued to take orders without ANY notice to customers about the delay. In fact it was noted on every shirt on their site that they would ship in 3-5 days. What a lie. They did expedite my shipping to try ad correct the problem... But when I received the shirts, I noticed a HUGE difference in the print quality on the custom printed items. The shirts look awful. The print quality looks like something I could have done on my cheap $20 home computer printer. The art is blurry on the shirts, and the colors are way off. Not only that, but after a single wash the artwork has faded so much that I'm afraid to wash them again. I'm convinced that after 5 more washes the designs are going to completely fade off of the shirt. I emailed them 7 days ago about the cheap, awful quality shirts and they still have not answered me. I don't expect they will. After this experience I will no longer be shopping at threadless. It's become apparent to me that the new owners only care about making a quick buck, and don't care about their products or customers. What a shame, because Threadless was once an amazing company.

Because of capacity problems with a new vendor to print the shirts, I only received a part of my order. The other shirts can be here any time now. Yes, it's a pity that the shirts are late, but they constantly gave me new information about their problems and gave me a 25,- gift code. Because I don't live in the US, this gift code isn't really useful. The cost of shipment is a little bit high to order just 1 shirt. They offered me another solution that IS useful. They have a GREAT customer service and I have all the confidence it'll be alright!!

Ordered in plenty of time for Christmas. They took my money, sent a confirmation, but nothing but silence since. Emails have been responded to with auto-replys saying that a "friendly" service person would contact me soon. But nothing. I was very happy with them in the past but this order is a nightmare. Read they had been sold, the new owners seem intent on just ripping off previously loyal customers.
