Another loyal Threadless customer, now VERY disappointed. Just placed my first Threadless order in a little while, though I have been getting T-shirts from them on and off for a decade. I actually still have and wear some of my older shirts, they were great quality and washed and wore well. Just this month I ordered a shirt for my dad's birthday, and it is awful. It looks like I picked it up at the dollar store. I will have to get my dad something else- I can't give him this shirt. It stinks (literally, it smells bad!), the printed image is sticky and blurry, and the T-shirt itself is bad material, it isn't even printed with the Threadless brand as a tag anymore. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I have emailed customer service requesting a refund. I can see from reviews on this site that they claim every mistaken order is defective- I would assume that everything is now defective, as they are obviously willfully shipping out bad product. I wish I had read some recent reviews without blindly ordering and assuming they would offer the same quality they had in the past.

The quality of their shirts has gone down to 0. I had bought Threadless shirts before and absolutely loved them! I hadn't bought any in a while so I wanted ahead and ordered 10 during one of their sales. First of all it took forever to get them, then I got a couple repeated which why complain right? But its just evidence that their system is all messed up. But most importantly, the quality of the print is terrible! I can get concert rip of shirts for better quality than what I received. If emailed them just yesterday and will see what they answer... Don't expect much.

I am very disappointed because threadless used to be awesome. Ten years ago I got some shirts from them and they were cool, fun and good quality. Recently I ordered four shirts from them. One hasn't even arrived more than one and a half months later, one arrived with such bad print quality - it had bars across it where the printer had run out of ink - that I emailed them and they offered to send me another shirt free of charge to replace it. I am still waiting on that one and reserve judgment on it til it comes. The remaining two looked ok until I washed them once , and the print started fading immediately after a single wash! I can get better shirts at giordano for eight dollars. I'm not ordering from this company again til they up their game in terms of quality.

I have bought several t-shirts from Threadless and have been very happy. One that I bought recently I wasn't happy with (it's some sort of airbrush thing). I contacted customer service and they explained that it is the expected quality for the type of shirt but gave me a full refund in store credit without me having to send back the t-shirt.

Terrible quality. First time buying from Threadless and probably last time buying from this company again. The graphic on the back already looks worn down when I got it. Draw cords feel shabby.

I have ordered and owned many threadless t-shirts before and I absolutely love them and all of them are still in use today. So about month ago I ordered three medium sized mens regular cotton t-shirts from Threadless. The package arrived but after opening it I feel so disappointed and robbed. The quality has gone so much downhill that it is unacceptable. The sizing is way off. All of the three shirts feel different, two of them have really noticeable different lenght sleeves (over 2cm) which you can definetly feel and see. All shirts run very small and tight and the third one looks it has shoulder paddings because the placement of the sleeves and seaming is so awry. On top off that the quality of fabric feels bad and its thin and light. I'm afraid I cant comment the longevity of the shirts because I just cant wear them. And there is also that no return policy that I missed when I placed the order. I wish I have read these reviews before. My advice is to not order anything from them because your odds to get decent product seems to be very poor nowadays.

Ordered two hoodies. I received a email saying that they were shipped, never received the order. Never responded to my emails.

I have just received part of my order for some child onesies and a top and blanket and to my disappointment the quality was terrible, the print was terrible, I was not expecting them to look so bad, I have always rated Threadless to be highest quality and decided to order some more. The print is much lighter and not as heavy as before and crack. The fabric of the clothing is thin and completely different to your previous ones. Also the shipping has taken longer than I have ever had to wait before. Considering the amount paid for shipping still I was an extremely happy customer before, I have been raving to many people about your company, and now I feel let down and can not even bring myself to give any of these items as gifts because they are too cheap and tacky looking.
