The supplements are good, however, very frustrated with the site and how difficult it makes it for you to cancel your subscriptions. There is a subscription tab once you login and dig looking for a place to manage your subscription, but all it does is make you login again and keep you in a never-ending loop where it does not offer any way to manager descriptions.

I got the Mens Multivitamin thinking the reviews are honest, but nobody mentioned the daily dose of 6 (SIX) capsules a day !! Are you kidding me ?? Who takes 6 capsules of same vitamins (their recommended dose on bottle) a day ? The only reason it seems like so that they can show the HIGHEST DAILY VALUES on their bottles for all vitamins compared to other brands, Very smart but very cheap you guys. Total Scam.

17 Oct 2025 — initial query • I asked Thorne why my latest Amazon UK Thorne Glycine had a sticker changing the suggested use from “two capsules, one to three times daily” to “two capsules daily.” • I wanted a clear explanation for the dosage change. 22 Oct 2025 — Thorne’s first reply • They apologised and asked for proof to “ensure authenticity”: link, invoice, photos (capsules, label, lot number, QR code). • They asked if I’d consumed it, had side effects, and said their Fraud and Quality Product team might need it returned. • They advised not to discard it. 22 Oct 2025 — my follow-up • I provided the Amazon link (official Thorne store), invoice, and photos confirming it came from their UK listing. • I asked them to verify authenticity and explain the dosage change. 31 Oct 2025 — Thorne’s confirmation • They said that because it was from their authorised Amazon reseller (Pattern), it was authentic. 31 Oct 2025 — my clarification • I said authenticity wasn’t my main concern; I wanted an explanation for the inconsistent dosage. 4 Nov 2025 — escalation • They then said the case was sent to their “Fraud Quality Product support team” and asked for photos of the lot number and expiry date. • They said to allow 1–2 days for a response. Over a week later and no further response despite me sending a further email chasing their response. I also contacted their uk distribution and had no response. My concerns 1. The label change reduced the recommended dosage without explanation. 2. Thorne’s first reply treated it as a possible counterfeit, advising not to use it and asking about side effects. 3. Only after I confirmed it was from Thorne’s official Amazon store did they say it was authentic. 4. When I again asked about dosage, they referred it back to their fraud team, contradicting this. 5. I still have no clear reason for the dosage change. 6. I remain uneasy about consuming it, given their mixed messages suggesting it might not be authentic or safe.

Their customer service is a joke. I received the wrong order and have left vm and emails with no response. Then tried chat and forget about getting an answer to anything their bot can't answer. I will not do business with them again.
