I have had an excellent service from Thomson Dairies. I was keen to reduce my use of plastic so am very happy to be having my milk delivered and to know the glass bottles are being reused. There is also the convenience of having milk/eggs/juice etc delivered - so would encourage anyone to give this a go.

Regrettably we had to cancel our deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances, however I spoke with Nicola on the phone and explained the service had been excellent and up to that point we were very happy, she assisted with the cancellation process very professionally.

We recently signed up with Thomson dairies after getting a note through the door. We didn’t the way our last provider did things but the nice man who came to follow up the note explained how they operate. We have been very happy so far and the products are good quality and taste great. I’ve needed to adjust my order a couple of times and that’s been very simple by sending a quick email and Tracey McKay replies to confirm they’ve received the instruction. I hope I don’t ever have to get my milk from a supermarket again.

We have recently started to get milk delivered. There was confusion as to what days the deliveries took place. I emailed about it. Tracy actually phoned the next day, and we managed to sort it out. The deliveries are happening as arranged, and we are happy.
