It’s been a piece of mind getting our milk and egg delivery twice a week. Everything has gone so smoothly and any change to our requirements or temporary stoppage due to being on holiday is always handled so promptly and accurately by Tracy Mckay, the Office Administrator. Tracy is always so polite and pleasant in her emails, and I just know I can rely on Tracy. Perfect service all round from Thomson Diaries.

I had a problem with my returned milk bottles not being credited to my account. I had previously phoned about this and was told someone would call back. They didn’t. On this occasion though I spoke to Tracy who was very helpful and rectified the situation there and then.
