The staff helped us understand the features and warranties of various carpets and styles which made the decision-making much easier. The very next day, our floors were measured and we set a date for installation. The installers were right on time, took the amount of time that they estimated, and took care to make sure everything was cleaned up at the end. We love the feel of the carpet on our feet and the "look" !
