Thomas Carpet One Floor & HomeReviews of thomascarpetoneseneca.com

Both Kim and Richard were very helpfull and pleasant to work with. Thank you.

very patient, willing to answer questions.

We were building a new house for our retirement and went to Thomas Carpet for a large portion of our flooring. The selection of products was impressive, but the best part was their willingness by the owner and their interior decorator to spend time with us picking out flooring that coordinated and complimented our wall, cabinet, countertops colors. The end result is a great looking house that friends really like.

Pleasant experience from the day I entered the store until the job was completed!

We have purchased various types of floor covering from Thomas Carpet One for more than 30 years...even after we moved to another town! I cannot imagine doing business with another company. They are generous and helpful. I trust their opinions! No project too large or small. Thanks for allowing me to offer this review! It is the least I can do for a job well done!

Professional, helpful, very personable! Enjoyed working with them.

Recommend this company for flooring needs.

Sales people were so great to work with and helped me a lot. Carpet installer was professional and did a great job. Would definitely use them again.
