Thomas Carpet One Floor & HomeReviews of thomascarpetoneseneca.com

Selecting flooring for our new home was not something I was looking forward to. I had spent time looking at flooring online and was overwhelmed with the options available. Our builder recommended we visit the Thomas Carpet One Floor & Home showroom. We walked into Thomas Carpet One and were greeted by Marissa, ready to help! Based on our descriptions of our spaces and how they would be used, Marissa helped guide us to two LVP flooring options which we took back to our home for the final decision. When it came to carpet, Marissa again helped narrow down the many options to just a few. Ordering and installation went smooth. We could not be happier with the results.

I have worked with Thomas CarpetOne on at least three occasions over the past few years. I find them to be extremely helpful, easy to work with and their products and services to be of excellent quality

Our vinyl tiling was installed well and Thomas Carpet worked with us as our timing was extended due to our moving. Our installer Jim was wonderful to work with and did an excellent job. We are pleased thus far, but have not lived with the flooring long enough to really judge the product adequately. I would recommend Thomas Carpet unconditionally. They are very helpful and met all their commitments on a very timely basis. Very nice to work with.

Excellent experience. Would use again or wouldn't hesitate to refer.

Sales lady was easy to talk to and knew her products well. Flooring arrived quickly and only took a day and a half to install. Looks good.

They did a great job. I Highly recommend.

Thomas Carpet installed our carpet and vinyl flooring. The carpet is beautiful and the vinyl looks just like tile. We've had many compliments on both. They do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Everyone friendly and helpful. Quality of the work excellent. Wide range of choices.
