Coupon I was emailed was only valid on my next order. Next not being the next one I placed but the one after that. Also my item was said to be “in stock” ready to ship but it had to ship from the manufacture and took excessive time to ship. I reached out and got a nose in the air response. This will be my last purchase. There are much better distributors to be dealing with.

If you’re using THM because they have the parts for the lowest price, beware: they will mercilessly send you emails regardless of whether or not you click “send me updates” or not. I think I got 8 from them the first day. The order button malfunctioned and I accidentally placed two orders for the same part, but I emailed them immediately and they got back to me within two days (on a weekend) and said they’ll be cancelling the second order and refunding me immediately. Haven’t received the part and the return was initiated today, so no word on those yet.
