Originally ordered Megan coilovers they ended up being back ordered nation wide. Received a call from Will at Thmotorsports, he gave me other options and work with me to get a different brand ksport coilovers. I am very pleased with the customer service I received.

Ordered a part on 9/29/2017
Ordered a part on 9/29/2017, finally got a tracking number on 10/04/17 which was when the shipping label was created. It's now 10/10/2017 and the item still has not been given to FedEx. THMotorsports shipping department informed me that they drop shipped from the manufacturer and has not done much to work with them or provide me updates. They told me it was on the truck yesterday but today it still hasn't been given to FedEx. They now say it was shipped today but still no scan from FedEx.

Ordered brake pads on Friday midday
Ordered brake pads on Friday midday. Got an email about 2hrs after saying they didn't have them in stock and would have to order from the manufacturer. Emailed back saying I needed them soon and would like to know when I could expect them. This generated a help ticket with their customer service. It was too late Friday to get a response then. So I called monday morning and they emailed the manufacturer and then forwarded the status and tracking number to me a few hours later. And they should arrive in time.
