Their website glitched. I ended up with 3 of the same parts. Over 50% restocking fee to return the items in an unopened box. Also doing business as 'Autoplicity'. The part seems to work ok. I very likely won't order from them again due to the glitchy website and high restocking fee of 50% of the purchase price.

Could’ve been better, ordered brakes and rotors that were shown to be in stock, -they weren’t. They offered me an alternative and tried to help with a discount at least I guess. Overall they got back to me and I SHOULD be getting my lowering springs in the coming days. Also read a review on them about just the same issue, fix that.

It took a little longer than I hoped for the transaction to be process. Placed the order on Thursday and wasn’t shipped till Monday. I needed the brake lines for an event on Monday so I paid for the two day shipping hoping that would be enough time for me to get them. But sadly it wasn’t hopefully this is just a one time mistake and next time I order from this website it will go a lot smoother.

Found to have great prices on the items I purchased. But took 3 business days and 10 emails to get verification that updated parts would still fit the vehicle and to receive any sort of shipping information and/or tracking number. Customer service was prompt and helpful when contacted.

Cheapest place!

If you’re using THM because they have the parts for the lowest price, beware: they will mercilessly send you emails regardless of whether or not you click “send me updates” or not. I think I got 8 from them the first day. The order button malfunctioned and I accidentally placed two orders for the same part, but I emailed them immediately and they got back to me within two days (on a weekend) and said they’ll be cancelling the second order and refunding me immediately. Haven’t received the part and the return was initiated today, so no word on those yet.

parts I ordered from THM are not in stock and coming from manufacturer so shipping will take longer. i asked some questions and got a tracking # with in 24 hrs. lowest price

I bought the Weathertech floor Liners for my car from this website, when i made this purchase i called the customer representative and asked him when this item can be shipped out if i make the order now and he mentioned that it will be shipped out the same day. But infact the order was shipped after 2 days from the purchase date. I would say please let the customer know the real dates so he or she can thin of all scenarios before he buys the item.
