They sold me with the idea of renewable energy. Don't buy it in the end you end up paying double. Further proof no good deed goes unpunished. You try to help and they take advantage of your ignorance. Like other's said would give them a zero if I could.

I would give a zero if I could. DO NOT sign up with this company. They don't send email to notify end of contract (they said sent a letter, but I do bills online and wouldn't have noticed it). They will be increasing your bill on their "variable rate" plan that gradually increases it over a few months until it is almost DOUBLE what you signed up for. And my billing cycle ends in a few days but they won't put me back on to the lower rate contract for ANOTHER billing cycle at at least 14.5cents - they know you can't get onto another supplier for that time so they just take your money for another month. HORRIBLE.

This company preyed on my mom promising lower rates. I called and canceled the service on Nov 2nd 2017, it was not removed. I called again on 12/19 and canceled. It still was not removed. I called back on 1/30 to find out why it was removed and was told I didn't cancel it until 1/23. This is a rip off and her bill has doubled. I will be contacting the BBB regarding this company. It isn't right for them to prey on the elderly and not be held responsible for their actions. After talking to the representative again today 1/30, I am fed up with the excuses and will take action against this company. This company doesn't deserve a star at all but you are required to put one star in order to right a review.

$1800 early termination fee, when they screw up and started service when not suposed to. so far i havent been able to solve it, STAY AWAY!
