Think energy said that I switched my electricity supplier to them. I never did and consequently had my current supplier contract canceled and now can’t renew that contract at the low rate that I had. Sounds like a scam that Think energy has perpetrated. I contacted my State Attorney General, awaiting their review

I had been extremely happy with Think Energy after being served by them for 22 months. However, recently I have discovered that their customer service is absolutely horrible. I paid my May payment through my Bank, Chase Bank's bill pay as I have for the last 22 months. I had a small issue when Think Energy changed owners but Vanessa was able to get it taken care of for me and credited my account

I’ve had a First Energy since I purchased my home in 2020-I paid and continuously pay First Energy every month on line-several months ago I received my billing statement from First Energy and on the same statement was a bill for Think Energy for $2400.00. I reported to the PUC and am awaiting their review-I still pay First Energy but will not pay Think Energy-I never switch providers and why would I pay two providers for same service??? I’ll never pay this fraudulent charge even though it is ruining my credit score😡😡😡

I kinda like this new company. Signed up in like 2 minutes. 3-year fixed rate, no surprises. Then, got an email from company allowing me to refer my friends in exchange for even lower rates. All I had to do was put in my friends' names and emails. I figured, what the heck. Think sent them each referral links and guess what? They signed up. Now Think is showing that I get another 10% off my electricity bill every month.

I would give Think Energy a zero star if I could. Since December they have lost 4 of 6 electronic payments sent by my bank. Nobody will speak with you and they require bank to mail them “proof” payment was made. Of course they can never locate the proof that you mail them. Terrible Company, stay far away!

With today’s inflationary period and the continuing monitoring regarding interest rates, I began seeking ways to reduce my outlay of expenses. Based on such, I discovered an opportunity to save on my energy bill. Thus I signed up with THINK ENERGY and has been satisfied I made this mature decision. THINK ENERGY provides me the opportunity to save on my energy expenses; the opportunity to work toward free energy; and the opportunity to help others and receive compensation. Yes, I made the mature decision.

We made the recommended decision to seek a fixed rate long term plan with a 3rd party supplier and Think Energy is the best option!! We’ve saved over $200 so far in two months and each time we’ve had questions somebody was always available online chat and over the phone. Love this supplier!! Recommended 100%!!

THINK ENERGY LOST 3 PAYMENTS. I SENT PROOF OF PAYMENTS THEY WANTED ME TO DISPUTE THE PAYMENT AND WRITE THEM A CHECK. BUT THEN THEY DONT RESPOND TO THE BANK. I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION ON 4-6-23 TO DATE THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS HAVE POOR LISTENING SKILLS AND READING IS WORSE. AS I WAS LOOKING AT OTHER REVIEWS I SEE THAT THINK ENERGY ONLY REPONDS TO CERTAIN REVIEWS. I WOULD LOVE FOR SOMEONE FROM CORPORATE TO SEE THIS AND CONTACT ME
