My decision to join Think Energy has been amazing. I live in a state where our previous energy provider would raise rates constantly. I'm glad Think Energy offers competitive rates and clean energy. Save money while saving Earth.

People in Corsican were helpful and kind. Took care of business. Told me I'd have electricy the same day. Then the power company called and said I needed to send them a lease agreement and a picture of my driver's license. After waiting twice for over 15 minutes. Said they wouldn't turn on until they looked over the information. Does all power companies spend this much time on every customer? Said they'd call me back. Never called. Worst I've seen of any power company.

The worst company ever had. They did not disconnect my account when I asked for cancellation. I lost all credits with my utility company. I had to call Think Energy many times for solution, they just ignored it and said they were not responsible for it. It was their fault, and they knew it, but they dealt with this unprofessionally. It was a totally disaster working with them. Avoid this company!

I became a Think Energy electricity customer in the past few months (I can't wait until my state offers Community Solar). I received the letter from my incumbent advising I had been switched, and I see Think Energy reflected on my monthly bill. I like knowing I signed up for a 3 year term, when I hear all about how high electricity costs are going to go over the next year or more.

I switched to Think Energy last mounth and i'm pretty happy with my choice so far. There fixed-rate plan is cheaper than my old company and i like knowing my bill won't go crazy high out of nowhere. The best part is they use clean energy, which makes me feel good about helping the environment. Signing up wasn't to hard, and when i had a question, their customer service got back to me pretty quick. They have this Free Energy Club thing that gives you money back, which is cool. It's only been a few weeks, so i can't say i've saved tons of money yet. Legit company, better than my previous one!
