We’re sorry for the confusion surrounding your order. To clarify, we did not tell you that your order could not be cancelled. Our response indicated that we would first review the order, and after doing so, we were able to cancel it without issue. Our review also showed that one of the pairs in your order was a preorder. This was noted on our website before the order was placed, and that orders containing a preorder item are held until that item is restocked, which is why your order had not yet shipped. We understand how frustrating it can be to wait for an order without realizing there is a preorder item involved.
