Good but....
Purchased 4 pair of thigh society shorts. Online promotion was buy 3 get 4th free. Yes, they were great under dresses in the European heatwave. No chaffing. But I think they are poorly constructed /made. The inner stitching along the thigh and waist are coming undone and 'rolling'. This shouldn't happen after one wear! I contacted customer service they agreed this shouldn't happen. After asking lots of questions and sending photos they said they would be in touch after speaking with a supervisor. Currently, to date the situation hasn't been rectified. ***edit*** Situation has been since been rectified mutually. Thank you.

I can't fault the Cargo for comfort but...
I purchased the Cargo style mainly for travelling and I can't fault the product for comfort, being lightweight and perfect for exercising or under clothing. However, the "wiff wiff" sound of my legs rubbing was not expected and somewhat unwanted. Maybe others won't hear it, but I do and I can't unhear it either. Kerry (she/her) not Geoff!

When fabric moves as your thighs brush together, a light sound can sometimes occur. It is a normal characteristic of the material and often blends into everyday background noise, but we completely understand how it can become noticeable once you have picked up on it. Made in China
The product was delivered promptly and met basic expectations in terms of function. However, I was disappointed to discover it was made in China, especially given the prominent "Proudly Canadian" branding on the company's website. This felt somewhat misleading, as I had assumed the product was made in Canada.

We're proud to have made our products in North America for 10 years, which is pretty remarkable by garment manufacturing standards, and we had no choice to move overseas when our Canadian factory closed and we could not find any factories in North America with the specific machinery to produce our unique stretch fabric or our inclusive size range (XS-6XL). We're not a big enough company that can afford to set up our own domestic factory right now - but maybe one day!? That said, our management team is based in Toronto, we use an ecommerce provider in Ottawa and our warehouse employs Ontario workers to pick, pack and ship our orders. There are many ways that we're contributing to the local and national economy without even factoring in where our products are made. Sketchy marketing, no return
I had no problem buying and receiving my purchase, but I feel uncomfortable how they make it hard for you to understand that they don’t accept return… at all ! AND it looks like they remove negative comments on social media… so they seems to have amazing reviews everywhere… I don’t like mine, I wish I could have returned them, but yeah… I fell for the marketing and the good reviews ! Now I know why nobody had nothing negative to say ! **To add to their answer, stating: Sitting on the fence? Here’s the deal with returns with a link to your FAQ page doesn't clearly state on every product page that you don't accept return in my opinion. You consider your product undergarnment, while many other brand that sell the same kind of product accept return, so this is your brand choice to consider them undergarnment. ** They sent me many emails after I published this review, they refunded me and sent me 2 other style. They wanted to make sure I understood that their client satisfaction was a priority. It doesn't really change my opinion. It felt unjust that I get a refund because I complained on a website where they can't erase my comment. 1 of the 2 new one they sent me correspond to what I wanted, I am grateful for the refund and the new ones, but I won't order again from them. They are not a "bad" brand I just don't support that kind of marketing and will choose another brand to support with my money next time.
