Scammers. Have made 2 orders from this company. First, no despatch information sent until I politely jogged their memory. Second order never arrived. It’s now over 1 month later, and nothing has been delivered. Pocketing people’s money and not sending goods is theft. Dispute opened with PayPal. Atrocious customer care.

I'm a motorcycle instructor, pounding pavement for 6-12 hours a day. Over the past year I've tried many boot/insole combinations and had begun to resign myself to incredibly sore feet at the end of a day, and often for several days. I saw an online ad for XStance and tried them. They look nearly identical to the Dr. Scholl's insoles I've been using most. But they perform FAR BETTER. These are the first insoles that left me pain free at the end of the day. They are AMAZING. I'll be ordering more. I hope they last, they are the only thing that has made a difference, and I want to use them forever!

From the red flaged purchase to the arrival of the product was daunting. The product however is of high quality and I highly recommend you try this Xstance shoe insert. I wear a skechers size 11, the Xstance insert size L fit perfectly no trimming required. The product side by side to the skechers manufactured insert was an eye opening moment. The upgrade to a quality insert is a no brainer. My skechers never fit better.

I am still within the first week of using the XSTANCE insoles and I am surprised at how good my feet, legs, knees, hips and joints are feeling. Believe me, I have had plantar fasciitis for over 10 years (and I am young!) I have had 2 pairs of custom orthotics and XSTANCE has surpassed them both this first week. My feet and legs are so much happier and it truly is a lifesaver!
