I bought these insoles on recommendation from my son. As a Nurse I am on my feet all day. These insoles have made a difference after just one days use. I will definitely be getting more pairs for all my shoes.

First I have to say that I'm not really thrilled to do business with a company that doesn't offer a live stateside customer service phone number that I can call and get a hold of a clear and understandable English speaking person, IMO that is of utmost importance. That said, Even though I do not like having to deal with back and forth emails that slow down the process of communication tremendously & delay solving issues, Stephanie Kessler has proven to be VERY prompt & responsive in solving issues therefore taking some of the pain out of having to deal this way and I must say that I am very happy with Stephanie's customer service & so far she has proven that y'all do really stand behind and support your product. I came to know of y'all thru a reference from a good friend of mine that swears by your insoles, without that reference I probably would not have done business with a company that I can't call and talk to someone about their product.
