The process was super easy and convenient - I simply filled out a form online with information about my phone, and within a few minutes , I received an offer that was higher than what I was expecting. I was able to ship my phone to them for free and received payment within a day of them receiving it. What impressed me most about this company was their excellent customer service. They were prompt in answering any questions I had and kept me updated throughout the process.
