Sent in two (02) iphone 12 PRO & Price Reduced $50. Was quoted $480.00 pre-arrival. After tech inspection one of the phones was diagnosed with "scratches" which was converted in $50.00 down. I suspect this is a technique used to take some money away from the phone owner because at that point you have little choice to research for better price. The Whiz Cells has very good control of shipment, they are very communicative but the power in the technical assessment to re-price the phone it is disappointing.

The Whiz Cells sent the link to the e gift cards in timely manner. However, they didn't tell me that money would be deducted from the value of the gift card. I expected to get $20 that they quoted-not forty cents less! Maybe they should get them from another company that doesn't charge a fee for receiving e gift cards.

Customer service was quick and friendly. Phone was received and payment ready much quicker than expected. Electronic payment option was in my account in seconds.

This company is reliable, with solid support. I heartily recommend them.

I did not receive my check yet , I have more phones to sell but I want to make sure that I get my check for this first

They refuse to send back my phone claiming it’s on a lost stolen list claiming they have to keep the phone absolutely unbelievable I want my phone back

I was quoted $130 and was not surprised when I got a reduced offer down to $70. I kept thinking there was a catch and there was. If the phone was perfect, the customer most likely would not be selling it. They said the battery recorded 82%. I can’t prove that one way or the other.
