Great experience with this company. I wasn't aware that a company would be willing to buy out my phone if I still owed on it, which was beyond helpful to me. They had no problem purchasing my device and I was paid extremely quickly once they received the device. Opted for a bank transfer and it took maybe a total of 5 mins to receive the funds into my account. Excellent service by this company. Would sell to them again and again. Thank you guys!

They were very prompt and attentive. However, they said I had a "deep" scratch on my phone, which I never saw. There is no way to discuss, just accept or or turn down new much lower offer

I would never sell to this company again. Sent a phone in and of course they “found more issues than described”. Offered me $40 instead of $70 which was already low. Always someone trying to line their pockets. Of course the battery was at 73% life! It’s a used phone! Now you’ll replace the battery and make a 300% profit. You’re welcome. That’s the ONLY one you’ll be getting from me. I wouldn’t recommend you to my worst enemy. Have a great day

I checked out several companies to sell my IPhone 11 Pro Max, and got a fair deal with The Whiz Cells. I highly recommend using them. I had a couple questions I asked in the process, and got a prompt reply. I used their USPS shipping label to ship my phone, they got it a couple days later and the next day they had inspected my phone and sent email that my payment was ready, and I was paid that day.
