HI Jill, We sincerely apologize for the mistake on the name and so sorry for the delay on responding to your feedback towards us. Rest assured that it is not our intention to delay our actions regarding the matter. As of yesterday, we already processed the refund of $63.56 back to your account, we were not able to immediately notice what happened since system was not able to detect the return through Fedex Scan given the item was returned through USPS. You might have already received the refund confirmation sent to your email ([email protected]), it will take only around 3-5 busines days for that to get fully posted on your bank account but rest assured funds has been released from our end. Again, we sincerely apologize and humbly ask for your understanding regarding what happened. It is not our intention for you to be going through this inconvenience as our first time customer. We will make sure to provide better experience to our customers like you by providing swift response and resolution to your concerns.
