Upon further review, we understand that you contacted us regarding your return of the Encore Sneaker in White Leather, which failed our warehouse inspection due to black stains on the outsole and marks on the white leather upper. We understand that you only tried the shoes on and did not wear them. When you contacted us for further clarification, you were advised that the matter would be reviewed internally and that an update would be provided within 48 hours. Unfortunately, our representative did not follow up as promised, and we sincerely apologize for this lapse in service. When you contacted us again on August 25, another representative assisted you, and with a supervisor's approval, a refund of $100.51 was processed. We understand how frustrating this experience must have been and recognize that we did not provide the level of service you deserved.
