Ordered something in October, per the website should have taken 2 weeks. Didn't receive it for over 3 months.

I ordered 2 items on Black Friday. I still hadn't received anything by January so I emailed them about my order. They shipped one of the items to me but I was still waiting on the other item. No response to emails. They don't answer the phone and live chats gets you nowhere. SCAMMERS.

My items took forever to ship, which was expected during Xmas but communication with the company was slow and made the experience worse. Then when the shoes arrived they were the wrong size despite what they say on the box. They say size 8 but are actually a size 5. I wrote the company to try to fix this and never heard back. Won’t order from again.

When my order was overdue for shipment, Magenta was there to answer my questions as needed with informative emails. She made sure all concerns were answered and gave me satisfactory answers and solutions. Soon after we talked my order was shipped and arrived! Magenta was kind, thoughtful, resourceful, and as prompt as she could be. Thanks!

Incredibly late to fulfill No contact or responses Delayed shipping I've ordered other things from else where during covid like all throughout and this is like my second pick on the disappointment list

I had a delayed shipment and emailed cutsomer service to see about the status. The customer service agents are amazing. They got me a different item and sent it out almost immediately. I got it in just a few days and they even sent a little bonus item inside. Great experience and even though the first shipment was delayed yhey more than made up for it. Would definitely recommend this site and will most likely be ordering again. Thank you so much for the extra time, care, and attention!

Great products and fairly smooth transaction. Would have liked a shipping update or to have gotten a notification that my item had shipped since it was in limbo for so long being a UK product. That’s really my only complaint.

If I could give 0 I would. I never received my $80 order. Nor a refund.
