Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Repeatedly forgot to send me my items, and didn’t keep me in the loop at ALL. They only refunded me after my friend went to bat for me on Instagram and threatened legal action. Stay away from this company.

Would never recommend this place
Would never recommend this place. The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Poor communication. Shop elsewere.

Fun place to shop
They have a nice variety of clothing and household item. Their social media is very interactive and fun. I wish they would have more plus sized clothing.

No refund for defective product
I bought boots that totally feel apart after one wear. They were defective or total bad quality. I wanted a refund and was not given one. Don’t care what the policy is if the item you are selling is defective then a refund should be give. Will never order from you again.

Horrible
I ordered 2 items from Violet Vixen and the parasol was ok but the corset was made really badly. It was made with plastic boning and not the steel it said it was. One of the clips in the front completely fell off the first time I put it on. And when I contacted customer service about it I was treated really rudely and have not ordered anything since. It was a horrible experience. My business is now with Corset Story.

I can assure you, if it was plastic boned, it was not one of our Violet Vixen brand corsets. We do sell several other brands of corsets on the site such as Daisy.
