I had to report this company to the better business bureau to get my purchases. I waited months for my items. When I reached out to the company the staff were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful.

I ordered a hoodie and when I received it the print was very uneven. It had clearly not been centered properly and my request for a return/exchange was ignored. $100 gone. Look on amazon. You'll find the same stuff for far cheaper, and possibly better customer service too. :)

Order arrived nearly three months after the expected delivery, and it was defective. The manufacturer made the zipper uneven on the top of the corset so one lip at the front is higher than the other. Communication with VV was difficult, with no response via email and only sporadic response via Facebook messenger and Twitter.
