Some things I ordered were out of stock. Got a refund as store credit, had to pay shipping again, got the items, had to return something and pay for shipping again, they didn't send me a t-shirt I paid for and the customer service was rude. Never got the shirt or was reimbursed for the lack of it and in the end they just stopped returning my e-mails. Never ordering again - there is a lot of other shops that sell the same stuff cheaper and don't take you money for items you never get in the end.

The corsets I have purchased have been every high quality, very sturdy and well made.

Great products, and I always get a lot of compliments on the clothing I have from here. The only complaint I have is the zippers on the hoodies could be of better quality.

I ordered a corset for Halloween in September, and I still haven't received it. We are now in November. I also emailed inquiring about my order, and there has been no response. This is terrible customer service. I saw that other customers were having similar problems and that there was a new customer service staff, but this new staff did not respond to my email, either. I won't order from this company again.

I love shopping with Violet Vixen. I have 4 corsets from them! I gave 4 stars on this review, because the curio shelf that I purchased is WAY smaller than I thought. I bought it for my shot glass collection, and unfortunately most of my glasses do not fit in most of the spaces. A better description of size would help.
