Comfortable
I wish the bottom of the mask was a little more adjustable because it's not as snug as I would like. Otherwise the fit is amazing and the mask is comfortable

Great product, lukewarm customer service
The product itself is wonderful and I love it. Glad I FINALLY got it. I understand we are in a pandemic and things are taking longer than usual, but the communication could have been more forthcoming than me having to email several times about it. Also, being refused a refund due to the very long wait time (a month and a half when it was all said and done, when I was told it would be 8-12 days) is a poor business practice, in my opinion. That said, I would probably order again once things are more normal and I hopefully wouldn’t have to wait as long for what I bought.

Not disappointed!
Shipping was a bit slow, but due to Covid, I completely understand! I havent tried my boots yet, but they look AMAZING; just as pictured. The tarot cards are also beautiful!

Missing the expensive part of my order
I ordered an expensive robe and a cheap necklace. My order took over 6 weeks and I only got the necklace.
