Extremely fast order processing and delivery. 10/10 would order again. One of the only places I, as a healthcare worker, have been able to find a reusable mask.

I reached out to customer service. The response was quick and courteous and the products arrrived quickly. Masks with the N95 filter are hard to come by, so I am delighted that this transaction was able to be so efficient.

I placed a rather expensive order on April 9/2020. A month later I emailed just looking for a status update as I'd received nothing. Got a response about delays due to covid, which I fully understand. Another month passes, things are opening up again, I'm receiving other orders from other places in the US and overseas, I email again asking for another status update on my order. No response. They are doing their giveaway contests on Facebook again so I message on there. No response. I have now sent another email asking yet again for a status update on my order. I see people on here getting orders they just made within days. I see people receiving orders months later that were placed BEFORE covid was an issue. Is this company legit? I paid over $300CAD on this as a gift to myself and have been regretting it ever since. I just want to know what is going on! *EDIT* They responded, with almost the exact same email from a month and a half ago. "It's all coronaviruses fault, the US is shut down, we're under a stay at home order." I do know how to check these things. Texas and California have been letting people go back to work for a month now and the order was lifted from Texas 2 weeks ago. And now I see people getting things they ordered since I ordered mine and getting them within days. Feels like I've been scammed out of $300+

I ordered two cycling masks and extra filters last week. They came in within five days. Both masks fit great and look sleek.

Incredibly long "order processing" time. Definitely Pony Express. I was asked to post a review while I'm still waiting for my umbrella to arrive. 🤷‍♀️
