The first time I ordered my order took forever. I'm sure that was because there were so many orders for the same thing. I ordered again and my order came in in 3 days. That was Geat!

The corset is amazing, fits much better than I would have imagined. I’m just disappointed it took 8 months to arrive and would have given it 5 stars if it had come sooner, because it’s gorgeous.

Order was placed in January, 3 months no communicate from them. I email and call with little luck, at the 4 month mark I finally got a email reply, saying cvoid was the cause, asked for the order to be canceled and money to be refunded. No response order ships 2 months later.

Read reviews that they were great and worked with you on shipping. I an getting married in Aug and do to a freak accident my original corset is destroyed. Tried to cancel my order was basically told sorry to bad so sad. Will never buy from again.

I am very happy with my violet vixen purchase. The quality is way better than I expected. Customer service was quick to address my questions. Only reason I give 4 star is due to the shipping time. I ordered from their "fast ship" section, which claims items are in stock and ship within 3 days..however a few of my items have been delayed as if I ordered from the longer wait time items. I wouldn't mind this if it wasn't advertised as in stock,but regardless the item was worth the wait,and customer service was great. I would shop here again or recommend.

Ordered in February, due to covid-19 received in July. Very cute, fits well, I’m usually a size 14 and ordered a dress with waist clincher xxxl. Zipper gets stuck and is kinda flimsy. But the dress and cincher are great.

The items arrived fairly quickly, and were packaged pretty well! The mask worked wonderfully (I use it daily), and the fan has held up to use in the summer heat. Each looks just like the description showed, and they were all easy to use. My only issue was my parasol had the clasp to keep the band closed broken. After messaging support, I received a timely response for more information and I supplied the requested details. I received a well-packaged replacement with extra cushion protecting the clasp! Thanks so much for resolving all my issues and getting my amazing stuff quickly!
