Absolutely love my new pin !!!

My wife got this and here is what she said, “I definitely bought this for the design. I love bats so it’s perfect in that regard. It fits well but is not as flexible and light weight on the nose as those blue masks you get at a hospital. The ear loops are not as elastic either so they’re a little snug as well. Maybe the more I wear it, the better it’ll be? Overall it’s solid, but because the snug fit is a little uncomfortable it’s 4 stars, otherwise it would be 5.”

The mask is fantastic and comfortable. Hard to breath with the filter in, so I wear it without the filter. Also after repeated wear the velcro starts to lose it grip. This is now my second mask. So yes I would recommend!

The customer service has been absolutely excellent! I have made multiple purchases, & even with the current situation due to COVID, the customer service has been top shelf. Had to do a return on a few items that ended up not fitting & they were amazing about all of it.

Check the BBB before buying! My first purchase took several months to arrive. By the time it did, one of the items was no longer available (I accepted store credit). 2 of the remaining items did not fit and I mailed them back (at my own expense) to the company per their instructions. I received no verification the items arrived, and had to check with USPS (they were delivered). I tried contacting the company to ask about receiving credit for these items multiple times in any way I could (email, facebook, phone). I received no response, yet still saw almost daily social media posts and received emails. Do NOT purchase anything from this company you are not 100% positive will fit. expect delivery to take several months.

Well it took forever to get it, I'm talking like 8 months, which I actually understand because the COVID 19 procedures are exhausting! Then when I did get it, it doesn't fit. The waist is too small and the rest is too big.
