I found the Vegan Gym on social media by signing up for a free vegan nutrition calculator. One of the founders contacted me and struck up a conversation. I immediately felt like this guy got me. I signed up for a 4 month period to try it. I had done every diet plan under the sun but never hired a coach before. I was connected with Kiana who has been my coach for that 4 mo th period. She checks in on me constantly. Not to guilt me if I am not doing the program - but to make sure I am ok, to see what she can do to make the program work within my circumstances and to make sure I am happy with my progress. She is very sweet, listens and pays attention, and works hard to provide me with a program that is made for me. I just renewed for another 12 months with Kiana because I am entering a very busy time at work, and I know that her support and coaching will help me stay healthy and successful for once instead of drained, physically in pain, overcaffeinated, and regretting my life choices during tax season. Thank you Vegan Gym and Kiana for giving me hope that I can be healthy even with my out-of-the ordinary life and career.

I absolutely love the The Vegan Gym Vegan Superhero Academy! After four months of working with my coach, Kiana Wilson, I'm building sustainable habits grounded in consistency, accountability, creativity, and progress over perfection. Kiana supported me through two minor health interruptions by seamlessly adjusting my workouts so I could keep moving forward. Training at home with my existing equipment (plus adjustable weights), I lost 2.5 inches around my waist and dropped a pant size—results that felt exciting and achievable. She also helped me find simple ways to increase my protein for muscle building, including protein bars that genuinely taste like candy bars! The VSA community is the cherry on top. The encouragement, support, and friendships spanning the globe, make this program truly special. I’m so grateful for the coaching, the results, and the community and look forward to continuing my membership. I highly recommend!

The Vegan Gym - and Coach Sarah B - absolutely transformed my life last year! I have been vegan for almost a decade but was stagnating in my weight loss and fitness goals once I turned 49. The things that used to work to drop holiday and vacation weight weren't working anymore. I knew how to eat plant-based but wasn't optimizing my nutrition for health, weight loss and building muscle and strength. I was turning 50 in October 2025, and knew I needed something to jump start my life again. Enter The Vegan Gym, and Coach Sarah. While I was initially skeptical about TVG given the cost, I knew that any program for my health was going to be an investment, and I treated it that way. I wanted to work with people who understood a plant-based diet, and also knew my specific challenges as a woman in perimenopause. Coach Sarah was absolutely fantastic in tailoring my program to what I needed, and what was going to wok for me, my body, and my busy life. She was encouraging, supportive, insightful and taught me so much about how to approach the journey of staying fit in your 50s and beyond. With her support and foundation, I crushed my goals, looked and felt fabulous in time for my 50th birthday bash, and have been able to maintain ever since. I lost almost 25 lbs over the course of the year, am stronger than I have been in years, fit into clothes again I haven't worn in years, and know I can maintain this going forward. I won't lie - it was hard and it took time, discipline and consistency. But it wasn't impossible and Coach Sarah prepared me with the right mindset and tools to get back on track even when I fell off due to work travel or vacations. The support for nutrition (including personalized recipes focused on what I like to eat or like to make for my family) was also amazing thanks to Coach Sarah and Anna! I really can't say enough about how much this investment in TVG has paid off. Thank you to all the folks there, especially Coach Sarah!!! I am truly grateful.

My experience with Vegan Gym was great! I had been vegan for many years so didn't need the food part as much. The coaching by Arman was over the top. I now have a new way to gain muscle

My coach was always patient with the choices I made, even when I couldn't stick to the plan. The grace she gave me made me feel like this was truly part of a bigger story and not just something I would do once in my life. Tiana is kind, inspiring and realistic - so lucky to have had her as a coach!

When I was first introduced to The Vegan Superhero Academy, I’d been frustrated with myself. After several hip and foot surgeries, I’d lost muscle and gained fat. As a 61 year old female, what I’d always done in the past was not working for me anymore. I knew I needed support and guidance to improve my fitness and nutrition. The Vegan Superhero Academy was exactly what I needed to be successful. The first thing they did was ask me about myself, my past, my struggles and my goals, and match me with the best coach for me. I learned so much from Coach Mislav! I lost weight and inches. I gained confidence and a love for whole plant based food. I can look in the mirror and love what I see. The program has an absolute wealth of education and is for anyone at any age. Joining was the BEST thing I have ever done for myself.

I’m still quite new to the program, about one month in, but have a lot to share about my experience with it so far! Their coach-client matching is so spot on, I was so thrilled when I met with my coach, Mackenzie, for the first time and found how much we could relate to each other! Everyone being vegan is already a great start, but it is really incredible to be around people (albeit digitally) who understand the difficulties that come with being a vegan trying to build muscle and plan for a healthy lifestyle, both socially and nutritionally. In my short time working with my coach, Mackenzie, she has: 1. Helped improve my mindset when it comes to feeling guilt for missing a workout when life/work gets in the way. Progress over perfection! 2. Helped fix my binge eating and improved my relationship with sugar and desserts. 3. Given me an awesome workout plan to meet all my goals! (And tailored support for what to do when traveling and having minimal equipment for a workout) I am a vegan with many, many food allergies, including many nuts and legumes, and used to struggle to eat even 60g of protein for day. For my height, I need to get at least 80g per day to build muscle. With the customized meal plan, I received tons of creative ideas to pack in the optimal protein amount without feeling sick, and have been able to achieve 110-120g per day. I never thought it would be possible for me, but I’m happy VSA proved me wrong! We had to go back and forth a bit until everything in the plan was completely allergy-free, but any time I doubted that it would be possible for me to get enough protein within reasonable macros and calories, I was shocked with how the nutrition math ended up working out each day! Considering this program is completely online, you have to be very self-motivated for this program to work for you. You also have to be completely honest with yourself and your coach. I give VSA 5 stars for the custom-tailored support in my health journey, endless creative ideas, and being a great form of accountability!

The vegan superhero Academy is amazing! My coach has been super supportive, I met my weight goal in a much shorter timeframe than I thought I would while enjoying delicious high protein vegan meals. The support system and the information available through this program is just mind blowing! I’ve gotten so much more out of it than I dreamed was possible and I’m getting stronger every day, running again and enjoying my life to the fullest. I highly recommend The Vegan Gym!!!! I started my program at the end of September now it’s almost Christmas and all my dreams are coming true!
