Excellent guidance from coach Tiana. She set me up for success at my 1/2 marathon. I’ve been able to establish solid workout and nutrition habits while working with her.

I have been a vegan for over 10 years, but I knew that I wasn’t quite doing it right. Somehow I stumbled upon VSA online, and before I knew it I was having wonderful conversations with the staff. No hard sell, just genuine interest in what I wanted and whether they could help me. Next thing I knew, I was talking to Coach Nicole, without whom I could not have made this work. She is a great listener, and no matter what I ask-her she has a thoughtful and caring answer. And there is no such thing as too many questions. But she is no pushover. She holds me accountable, and that’s what makes this program work. It’s not inexpensive, but what you get in terms of accountability, structure, resources, and genuine caring from the staff is worth its weight in gold. I’m so glad I said yes.

I joined Vegan Gym in September 2025 and worked with Tiana for three months. During that time, she taught me so much—far beyond just workouts. Tiana was always responsive to my needs, consistently supportive, and honest about what I could do differently to improve. She helped me learn three major things: how to include enough protein in my diet, how to stay consistent with exercise, and—most importantly—how to develop a healthy mindset. She reminded me that setbacks happen and that it’s okay to get back on track after a fall. Tiana remained positive throughout while still holding me accountable when I slipped in my diet or exercise. Overall, she didn’t just coach me for three months—she gave me lessons for life and a healthier way of living. I truly can’t thank her enough.

Working with my personal coach Daniel Louwrens was a very positive experience. Daniel educated me on all aspects of dieting, supplements, and strength training. Daniel helped to motivate me, find solutions to personal road blocks, and held me accountable to my goals. I lost 30 pounds over a 4 month period, tracked all of my food intake for calories and protein, and exercised 4 to 5 times a week. I would never have been able to do this on my own. Tiana is a great coach! She listens and adjusts workouts as needed, is friendly and encouraging without making me feel judged when I go off course, and is quick to reply to my communications in addition to sending out inspiring notes.

I met all my goals with the Vegan Gym and my coach, Nathan Perrin was very supportive. He not only put together a program I could effectively complete, but he also adjusted it when needed. There were a lot of resources and check-ins during the program including weekly Zoom calls. Responses were always quick.

I turned 68 during the four month program I just completed with The Vegan Superhero Academy. I joined to build strength and endurance - I have not only met my goals, but exceeded them. I was already vegan and have been studying nutrition for the past several years. My wonderful coach, Kiana, worked with me, both on my strength building exercises (with which I had no experience) and on my nutritional needs based on the simple, whole food plant meals I was already using. Coach Kiana was so helpful and patient in explaining the different apps and sites - where to find what, how and where to log my data, how to count reps and record weight - all of which was completely new to me. You’re never too old, and it’s never too late. When I started, I was in good health and in fairly decent shape, but now, I am much stronger and feel that I have even more vitality. By putting in the effort and consistency, I found this program to be an effective, satisfying experience.

The level of information provided is outstanding. The coaches really care about their clients.
