First of all, I cannot say enough about the customer service! Bernadette went over and above to help me get my order, the courier company kept delivering to the wrong house, not Uzzles fault at all. She was very responsive, polite and helpful. I finally received my order and the game is so much fun! The quality is great. It’s easy to play and you can have quick fun games. It will definitely be a favourite around our house or camping.

I wish I had looked at these reviews prior to ordering this game on the Uzzle website. I am having the same issue as the others that ordered the game in early November. I have a tracking # but it keeps showing only the label was created. Today is November 14th and no shipment movement. There is only an email to reach customer service and this person only says a label was created and does not offer a solution. I do not recommend this company.

Hi Tracy, We’re so sorry to hear that you had an issue with your order. Upon checking our records, your order was marked as delivered on 11/15. According to USPS, it was left at your garage or another door. If you haven’t received your order yet, please let us know, and we’d be happy to assist you further. Best, Bernadette, The Uzzle Team

Ordered the double package Nov 5… has been paid for. No confirmation received. I can’t track the order & I don’t even know the order number. I am waiting to see if ‘ Sofie’ will get back with me, I have just emailed. 🤷🏼♀️ Low & behold this a.m. 3 emails received! With confirmation, order number & tracking info. Seems backwards…. But at least i got a reaction.

Ordered on 11/4. USPS Tracking says “awaiting label”. Emailed contact info this morning. No response yet. Plan to dispute through PayPal if no response by end of week. Incredibly disappointed. I was looking forward to playing with my granddaughters.😡
