The Spanish GroupReviews of thespanishgroup.org

They are scammers, believe nothing that is written on the website. I am surprised how are they rated excellent on Trustpilot? have they paid or something? because none of the reviews are positive. They had written 20% off for the first translation, they didn't give that. They also had written translation per word, I chose option but they charged me per page while my translation was only 100 words. Finally, they advertise that they translate within 1-2 days while mine took more than a week and i heard nothing from them, so I asked for refund.

I decided to go for another quote from another company but man, The Spanish Group were annoying. They kept emailing me, at least 5 different people said they were my account manager and I notified them I would no longer need their services, but they kept emailing me and I had to move them over to spam. Seriously.

Their help was very much appreciated. Thank you all very much for your help and assistance. I needed help right away, and they came through. Thank you so much for your help and attention. I hope you all have a wonderful New Year!

J'ai reçu un service de qualité avec vous. Avec un suivi afin de s'assurer que je satisfaite de votre service. Merci je recommande fortementement

1. Placed an urgent order. Paid. Received confirmation email, saying it will be done by the end of the day. 2. In 1h15 received an email asking to pay more. Paid (URGENT translation) 3. After that nothing happened. I sent various emails, asking when to expect the document. Got either ignored or received an answer "we are working on it". 4. At the end of the day called to request a refund. Was asked "Can you confirm the correct language pair?". They had the wrong language pair, despite confirming the correct one in the initial confirmation email, and never started on the translation this whole time. Will have to fight for the refund.

Excellent!!!👏👏👍👏

They were professional all through and respond very fast to emails, I would use the service again when needed.

I’ll give it 3 just because it may help people that don’t need it Translated by specific people and was done quite fast BUT!!!! When browsing for sworn translation they come up it says “sworn translations built for you” It was a pretty decent price and I thought why not they even up sold me on getting the document notarized just to realize 70$ went down the drain because these documents won’t work in Spain not all translations are the same stay away if you plan to use these docs in Spain , waste of time and money And the funny part the guy I had looked up as a sworn translator for Spain said he could translate was gonna do it for 30$ for both docs and he’s listed under spains verified sworn translators and I went with these guys because they said they could have it done in like two days and the other guy replied two hours later but I was in a rush OH and to top it off you’d think if I wanted documents translated from English to Spanish they would have the notary translated also lol no it’s a English document from orange country California, a joke Don’t make the same mistake I did.
