I got my translation done on time. The billing was correct . At the beginning was kind of confusing but I called customer service and they give me more details. I set only 3 stars because my credit card information was stolen after using this website. I am from Canada and the credit card used was charged for many purchases all from USA and this was the only website from USA that I used .Be careful.

It was very difficult to understand the ordering process. I made wrong because it is documents with 2 languages mainly English but a few words in Swedish. When I made an order it comes up a request if I wanted to ad any other languages. I clicked in Swedish and I didn't get any information about any additional cost. I refused to pay and you made it as I asked to, only translated the English words. But I asked about how long time it would take an I never got any answer so I vas very nervous that I might have bought it and then not get it in time. Thankfully you did it in time but I would have liked to get an answer. I nearly started to use another company because I was afraid that it shouldn't be ready in time. It was in the middle of the night here when you sent it and I was intending to order it from another place in the morning. Glad you managed to fix it in time but please look over your ordering form on your website. And please answer the questions. I think I will use you again if I need it.

They're speedy, and reasonably priced. I appreciate that. However, as a lawyer the translations are unhelpful because the company won't allow the translator to appear and testify to authenticate what they translated. So, if you are in the legal field, I can't recommend this service. There is no use for a document that can't be authenticated.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I paid twice the standard fee for expedited translation services, as they promised delivery within one day. However, they missed the agreed deadline, causing me immense stress as I followed up with them throughout the night. The translation was finally delivered 2.5 hours after my crucial appointment at 8 AM, making it completely useless for its intended purpose. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them for an explanation and resolution, they have been utterly unresponsive. Their lack of professionalism, failure to meet deadlines, and poor customer service are unacceptable, especially for a service I paid a premium for. I cannot recommend this company to anyone who values timely and reliable service. _____ Update: After my initial complaint about delayed service, The Spanish Group has refunded the full amount I paid. I appreciate their effort to resolve the matter and acknowledge the gesture. However, I still feel that the communication around timelines and service expectations could be improved to avoid such situations in the future. Transparency at the time of purchase is key, especially for urgent services like expedited translations. Thank you for addressing the issue and providing the refund. I hope to see improvements in your processes moving forward.

Very unprofessional! I requested a quote for 14 pages which I needed to be translated very urgently. The quote I got was incorrect, as they only charged for 1 page. I tried all ways possible to get the money back or a new quote for 13 pages. There was not way to make this possible- They will just not help me out. I had to filled a refund trough PayPal which they denied saying that the shipping track was sent? For an online service!? Ridiculous! Not helpful at all! Very sad because I used this service several times but clearly quality and customer service in on the DECLINE! Customer Service contacted me after I filed this review and they have refund me. Still can't give a total good rating on this, but at least they were responsible enough to contact me and solve my case.

The experience overall was negative. However, after publishing a very negative post on this page they got back to me and made a refound. I'm not saying I'm happy with the service, but at least they get back to me (after lots of pressure).

1. Placed an urgent order. Paid. Received confirmation email, saying it will be done by the end of the day. 2. In 1h15 received an email asking to pay more. Paid (URGENT translation) 3. After that nothing happened. I sent various emails, asking when to expect the document. Got either ignored or received an answer "we are working on it". 4. At the end of the day called to request a refund. Was asked "Can you confirm the correct language pair?". They had the wrong language pair, despite confirming the correct one in the initial confirmation email, and never started on the translation this whole time. Will have to fight for the refund.

I’ll give it 3 just because it may help people that don’t need it Translated by specific people and was done quite fast BUT!!!! When browsing for sworn translation they come up it says “sworn translations built for you” It was a pretty decent price and I thought why not they even up sold me on getting the document notarized just to realize 70$ went down the drain because these documents won’t work in Spain not all translations are the same stay away if you plan to use these docs in Spain , waste of time and money And the funny part the guy I had looked up as a sworn translator for Spain said he could translate was gonna do it for 30$ for both docs and he’s listed under spains verified sworn translators and I went with these guys because they said they could have it done in like two days and the other guy replied two hours later but I was in a rush OH and to top it off you’d think if I wanted documents translated from English to Spanish they would have the notary translated also lol no it’s a English document from orange country California, a joke Don’t make the same mistake I did.
