* No price transparency * Wrong price calculation resulted in them charging more. I uploaded two documents to their website. They automatically notice 5 pages and calculate the price at 300 USD. Then I get an email saying that 61 USD are missing because of the word count. If their software tell me 300 USD, it is 300 USD. Not more, not less. They can't change it and promote trust at the same time. They were super quick to charge the extra 61 USD, but have not heard back since my reimbursement request several hours ago. Update: the team contacted me 10 hours after my concern. This tells me that their customer service is not 24/7, as advertised in their website (yet another misleading point). Overall very obscure business. I see there are people that have had a good service. I also see people that have had a service like mine. I wouldn't say they are a scam business, but the low grade is still deserved due to so many inconsistencies and poor communication. Apparently I will get a refund. Ill update the comment once this comes true. Final Update: they refunded the money to my account, so not a scam business. If you paid them and are having a similar experience than I had, your money is likely safe. My takeaways are: * Obscure pricing. Allows customer to pay before the final price is made explicit, often resulting in additional charges to the customer immediately after placing the order. * Not a 24/7 customer support, which would be perfectly fine if it was not advertised as such.

Do not use this group. I uploaded a seven page document. They charged me $377 for expedited processing. About an hour after I completed the order and made the payment they sent me an email notifying me I had to pay an additional $222 if I wanted the materials. These people are scammers, and are taking advantage of desperate people. They literally bait and switched me. There’s no ethical reasoning behind this business practice, and there are similar services all over the internet, No reason to hire these people’s services.

Horrible services. Everyone needs to watch out when requesting a quote. The way they quote is not a final price. I used them quite a few times and several times were very late but what took the cake is me paying full prize, documents were not translated and their reason was " you have an open invoice" even when i sent all documents needed to prove that my quote was paid in full and requested a refund, they have ignored all request. I even requested to speak to Mr Gutierrez who is high management and he has refused to speak to me. Never available. Through phone or email.

Not delivered. I requested my translation on 07/09/2026, paid for express delivery and still on the 10/10/2026 have not received my translation. Not electronically nor by post. I have requested cancelation of order and reimbursement and the team has not gotten back to me since

Uploaded my 5 documents. Each had one page, one had a second page but it was just a stamp with no words. They gave me a price. I paid it. 2 day delivery was promised. Then I received an email that I had submitted 7 pages and only paid for 5. I decided I had better pay as time was an issue. Finally reached them and they gave me a long explanation about why one of the pages was actually 2 pages. The other one with the stamp on page 2 that didn't need translating they conceded was one page. They said they could give credit for the next time I needed translation services. I hopefully will never need translation services again and asked if I could please have a refund. She said she could try. There has got to be better up front and honest translation services than these guys. I would recommend using any translation service other than The Spanish Group.

This is *not* an official, certified translator. Their advertising f does not.make the claim, but they are misleading. Even though I told them why I needed the translation, they did not tell me that it was a waste of time. I threw away my mo ey on them and have to go through the process again with someone who is actually authorized to translate documents for government purposes. Not quite, but very close to a scam.

A scam. They don’t provide with the service they mention. No refund if you cancel.

I paid for a certified legal translation of a court judgment and received a document containing significant issues with legal terminology, clarity, and consistency. After raising those concerns, I was sent a revised version, but many of the same problems remained. Because my attorney could not rely on the translation, I was forced to hire a second certified legal translator at an additional cost of over $500. What disappointed me most was the response. Despite providing specific examples and receiving a second version with ongoing issues, I was told no refund would be considered because the order had been “completed and delivered.” Quality is not taken into consideration. For simple documents, this service may be fine. For legal translations where precision matters, my experience was extremely disappointing.
